Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Returns must be requested by email only. To do so, please contact us at contact@christine-london.com. Once your request has been received, we will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed.

Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@christine-london.com so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original order. Once approved, you may place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@christine-london.com.
