All orders are processed within 1–2 working days, including order confirmation, quality checks, and careful packaging. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.


Delivery Times

Poland: 3–6 working days
Rest of Europe: 3–6 working days
United States: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary slightly depending on location, customs clearance, and courier demand.


Shipping Options

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders within Poland are shipped via InPost, a trusted local courier. Delivery may be made to your address or to an InPost collection point, depending on the option selected at checkout.


Change of Delivery Address

If you need to amend or correct your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@christine-london.com. Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery, therefore cancellation or modification after placement cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at contact@christine-london.com, and we will do our best to assist.
(Your statutory right to return after delivery remains unaffected.)


Lost or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or returned due to courier-related issues, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund if reshipment is not possible. Please contact us at contact@christine-london.com, quoting your order number.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@christine-london.com, including a brief description and a photograph. We offer a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.


Duties and Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are not included at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
